How to Request a Refund:
Notify Us – Email sales@zoeajewellery.com with the reason for your return.
Send It Back Promptly – Returns must be shipped within 7 business days of delivery. Use a reliable courier to avoid loss or delays, as we cannot process refunds for returns received after this window or lost in transit.
Condition Matters – Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
We accept returns for unused items within 7 business days of delivery. However, shipping costs for returns are not covered, and we strongly recommend using express shipping with insurance for high value items.
No returns will be accepted for custom-made items due to their personalised nature.
Before sending your jewellery back, please reach out to us to ensure safe delivery. All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all online orders over R500 within South Africa.
For international orders, delivery may take up to 2 weeks (or 4 weeks for lab diamond orders). Shipping fees for DHL/FedEx will apply, and you will be responsible for any import taxes and duties charged by your country.
